What to Expect
Yoga: The session begins with a personalized practice designed to release tension, strengthen mobility and flexibility, and deepen your breath awareness. Whether you’re refining your practice or exploring new techniques, we’ll focus on movement that supports your growth, helps you reconnect with your body, and build strength from the inside out.
Reiki: After your yoga practice, I will integrate Reiki energy healing, working to release and clear energetic blockages stored in the body. This will deepen your sense of relaxation, promote emotional healing, and restore balance to your body and mind.
Mind-Body Integration: This session is designed to help you connect your physical, emotional, and energetic bodies, fostering a profound sense of alignment, connection, and ease.
